Advisory Board Members

Sam Lionberger, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Lionberger Construction Company of Roanoke and the New River Valley brings 34 years of business management and construction experience to the board of directors. He is a board member of the Valley Financial Corporation/Valley Bank of Roanoke and a life time board member of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGCA).  Sam is a past president of the Virginia Chapter of the ACGA. He holds a B.S. in Building Construction from Virginia Tech.

Charles F. Catlett III, Chief Financial Officer of Central Virginia Bankshares and President of Franklin Financial Associates, LLC, has an extensive background in the banking and financial field. He is on the Board of Trustees and a member of the Executive Committee for the Old Dominion University Educational Foundation and the president of the Virginia Chapter of the Financial Executives International. Charles earned his Business Administration degree from Old Dominion University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware and holds numerous financial certifications.
