As a founding member of Draper Aden Associates and past president and CEO, William A. Aden, PE, has ultimately been responsible for the success of the firm. His leadership skills are still in demand as he currently leads the Board of Directors as Chairman. He is active in business development efforts and special strategic projects for firm growth opportunities. Bill has almost 40 years of engineering and engineering management experience.
