Dave W. Spriggs, PE, is no stranger to leadership. As manager of our Richmond office and past owner of his own engineering firm, Dave has experience in all facets of business development, management and technical oversight of project work. He is a structural engineer with his feet on the ground and an eye towards the future. Dave has over 30 years of experience as a professional engineer and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Concrete Institute and the American Institute of Steel Construction.
