Jeffrey Lighthiser, PE, President and CEO, has been with the firm for 35 years. As a past office manager in Richmond, Jeff’s experience in leading a multi-disciplined staff, while continuing to design and direct site planning and engineering projects has helped prepare him for his current role of leadership. He is a member of the Virginia Water Environment Association, the Virginia Economic Development Association and the Southern Industrial Development Council.
