Lee O. White, LS, Vice President and Director of Surveying takes an active role in business development and hands on management. Lee is an active member on our “Firm of Choice” Committee which strives to ensure that our company seeks continual improvement in all aspects of the firm. Lee is a board member of the Richmond Area Municipal Contractors Association and a member of the Virginia Association of Surveyors, the Associated Contractors of America and the International Facility Management Association.
