Rick

Richard M. DiSalvo, PE, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been with Draper Aden Associates for 19 years and has over 33 years of experience as an engineer. Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and core operations of the firm, Rick has brought a sense of collaboration and individual responsibility to this effort. He is currently the Chairman of the Virginia Section of the American Water Works Association and an active member of the Water Environment Federation. Rick is also Chair of the Montgomery County, Virginia Board of Zoning Appeals. He earned his engineering BS and MS from Virginia Tech.
