Theresa A. Turner, CDA, PHR, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer is directly responsible for strategic leadership on all financial affairs of the firm. As a Certified Design Accountant, Theresa provides consulting in financial matters, so as to supply the CEO and Board of Directors with the information necessary to make sound financial decisions to achieve firm-wide profitability. As a Professional in Human Resources, she is also responsible for Human Resource activities including benefits, employee relations, training, and legal issues. Theresa is currently pursuing her doctorate in Business Administration.
