Thomas S. Cox, PE, Vice President and Project Manager, has been with Draper Aden Associates for over 20 years. Tom’s balanced blend of skills and experience have been instrumental in his position as a member of the board. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive expertise in all aspects of utility planning and design, as well as management of land development and stormwater projects. Tom’s leadership skills have been exhibited in a number of roles within the company and helped strengthen the Utilities Division in challenging economic areas.
