Thomas S. Cox, PE, Vice President and Charlottesville Office Manager, has been with Draper Aden Associates for over 20 years. Tom’s balanced blend of skills and experience have been instrumental in his position as one of the newest members of the board. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive expertise in all aspects of utility planning and design, as well as management of land development and stormwater projects. Tom’s leadership has strengthened the Charlottesville office and positioned it as a key player in a vibrant and continuously growing economic area.
