Team Leader - Utilities Team (10 person team in Blacksburg)

Requirements include B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline and P.E. Minimum. 10 years experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering including demonstrated success in client service, project management, and project execution from concept design through construction. Responsibilities include directing multiple Project Managers and selected project assignments, administering prime contracts, and meeting client requirements and regulatory agency criteria. Strong client/business development skills, budget management, personnel management experience are required. Ideal candidate will exhibit strong desire and ability to promote and guide future growth within the department.
