Draper Aden Associates University
Draper Aden Associates University (DAA-U) exists to provide a comprehensive and structured continuing education program for the growth and development of our employees, through in-house classes as well as external seminars, courses, and other professional development activities.
Through DAA-U, in-house classes are offered in four key areas:
- Foundation & Orientation
- Leadership & Management
- Professional Skills
- Personal Enrichment
The University provides a structured approach for reaching career goal aspirations. Training credits and awards are issued for all professional development activities (in-house and external), and every staff member is able to track credits as well as Professional Development Hours earned for license renewals. The all-inclusive program allows Draper Aden staff to hone and develop professional and personal skills, and gain greater confidence in work being done.
DAA-U is a dynamic program, and feedback from staff and instructors is continually solicited through class and instructor evaluations, surveys, and an Intranet site where questions, comments, and suggestions can be submitted.
