Sub-consultants:

Draper Aden Associates was a member of the design team and provided numerous services for a 40 acre botanical garden developed over the past 20 years. The project was submitted through the County of Henrico POD process.

The $35 million project includes a Visitors Center, Library and Education Building, Administration/Conference Center, Conservatory, Greenhouse, Arboretum, formal display gardens, production greenhouses, 1,000-space parking lot, four-acre lake and numerous water features
