Landfill Groundwater Monitoring
Our firm-wide in-house environmental staff of over 30 geologists, hydrogeologists, environmental engineers, environmental scientists, and environmental technicians, enables us to provide quality, turnkey services for groundwater assessment and corrective action.
We have provided groundwater monitoring program services for over 80 solid and hazardous waste facilities in the mid-Atlantic region and the southeastern United States and have designed and implemented groundwater monitoring programs at over 50 municipal landfills.
Through our effective management, we have been able to establish many beneficial precedents, and have pioneered the use of natural attenuation as a corrective action technique.
Sampling, data review and data validation (using EPA guidance documents), database design and data management, data evaluation/interpretation, and reporting are important components of our program.
Successful working relationships with regulators, analytical laboratories and drilling companies also allow us to provide a well rounded approach in establishing long term, efficient execution of groundwater monitoring programs.
Our expert, third-party selection, management and oversight of drilling and laboratory analytical services allows our clients to obtain quality service; and based on our volume leverage we obtain these services for our clients at very competitive costs.
