This project consisted of a new 4 story, 244,000 square foot building to house the School of Business and the School of Engineering on the new Monroe Park Addition to the VCU Campus. Draper Aden Associates was tasked with environmental, surveying, geotechnicaland civil site development aspects of the project. Site desing included erosion and sediment control, layout and grading, water and sewer utilities, and approximately 1,440 linear feet of storm sewer with a 2,400 square foot bio retention cell.
