Virginia AG Cuccinelli Fights EPA on behalf of VDOT and Fairfax County
The Commonwealth, state agencies and localities are vocally opposed to one of the latest EPA directives. While the EPA, hopes to improve health of Virginia’s environment, it has ordered a 50 percent reduction in the amount of water flowing daily through Fairfax County’s Accotink Creek. That could cost the county and state up to half a billion dollars in land acquisition and storm-water runoff costs. Do you feel that the EPA should have this authority?
